Ryota Kobayashi was born in Aichi, Japan, in 2000. He received his B.E. and M.E. degrees from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2022 and 2023, respectively, both in mechanical engineering.
From September 2023, he is currently working as a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Science Tokyo. He has been working as a JSPS research fellow since April 2024. Since August 2024, he has been studying at the Laboratory of Intelligent Systems at EPFL as a visiting Ph.D. student.
